We source fine flavor cacao beans directly from farmers throughout the Americas, ensuring ethical and sustainable labor and farming practices. At our farm in Massachusetts, we consistently make flavorful and high quality chocolate, focusing on highlighting the distinct flavors intrinsic in each type of cacao and using no additives.  We freshly press and use single origin cocoa butter in our chocolate, and the flavor difference is astounding.  Our smooth, delicious chocolate has won international awards, is sold across the US and in Europe and stays true to the bean.
