Founded a decade ago, Grandstaff is a full service commercial real estate firm that advises its clients in leasing, development, asset management of retail and office properties. 

The centerpiece of our development, brokerage and management experience is the 5.5 million square foot Millenia DRI in Orlando, Florida. This 450 acre development is anchored by the 1.2 million square foot Mall at Millenia. This Forbes and Taubman mall is anchored by Niemen Marcus, Macy’s and Bloomingdales. 

Grandstaff Commercial Management has also partnered with Millenia Partners and other private equity investors to create commercial developments that often integrate unique restaurants and specialty retail shops in conjunction with big box anchored centers. We have also entered into strategic alliances and joint ventures that collectively have over 150 years of experience developing and investing in commercial real estate.
