The Great Lakes Loons are a minor league baseball team in the Midwest League and the High-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers. The franchise traces its roots to a 2006 purchase by the Michigan Baseball Foundation, which relocated the team from Southwest Michigan to Midland.

The Loons own ESPN 100.9-FM, the team's radio flagship since 2008, with a radio studio in the Dow Diamond press box funded by MBF.
