The ripple effect of our Community Change Model is evident in our stories and outcomes. Our impact is tangible and growing: • 100% of Scholars say Greenhouse has made them more accountable. • 13 new companies and projects funded in the last 12 months. • 400+ for-profit and nonprofit businesses and community change initiatives launched. • 98% of Greenhouse Scholars graduate college, compared to just 15% of all low- income, first-generation students. • Starting salaries of our alumni are 2x greater than their parents and 22% higher than their peers. • 4,000 communities we have demonstrably affected to date, from K-12 schools to large social groups, and entire geographic communities. • An additional 300,000 people are directly impacted by Greenhouse every year through mentoring, volunteering, coaching, community initiatives.
