Our mission is to break people out of routine and empower them to live inspired, balanced lives.  Grip The Mat pop-up yoga social events feature mixed-level yoga co-taught by GTM instructors paired with authentic social experiences inside kick-ass spaces. The venues change, but the goal is the same: to foster fitness, mindfulness and togetherness. 

It's a yoga social experience. Whether your brand new to the practice or a seasoned yogi, there is a place for you. Grip The Mat yoga is about much more than the perfect Tree Pose. For us, yoga is about living each moment with intention and letting others join along the journey. It's about purposefully living the life you want to live and being the person you want to be. We explore, try new things and move in ways that makes us feel GOOD. We take a light-hearted approach to the yoga practice and encourage making mistakes. We embrace the post-yoga high as the perfect mental state to meet face-to-face with the people around us.
