Groundswell seeks to provide the finest cafe experience in Chicago. We roast all of our single origin coffee beans on-site, and use a variety of brewing methods to showcase each coffee's unique characteristics. We are proud to offer locally sourced pastries, as well as a simple, succinct, and delicious panini menu.
