John A. Erickson, AIA and Ted A. Reeds II, AIA NCARB are the Senior Partners at Grupe dZn International, a full service collaborative design and development firm. With previous experience as principals in larger more traditional architectural firms they are seizing this opportunity to use the technical advances in communication and networking to better serve their clients and establish a new model for the design firm of the future. Ted (mobile: 918.671.8762), is the immediate past Director of Hospitality at BSW International, Tulsa and has over twenty-five years as a licensed architect with twelve years as a principal. John (mobile: 316.644.2826), is the immediate past Director of Architecture at Value Place LLC, Wichita and has over thirty years as a licensed architect with fourteen years as a principal.

The collaboration process allows Grupe dZn to work with designers, other architectural firms, engineers, and even developers and contractors to meet the very specific needs of any client. As the list of collaborators grows the expertise of available talent for a variety of project types gives Grupe dZn the ability to provide complete services for even the most unique work. The process works as a two-way street as collaborators have the ability to tap into the talent pool and the “back office” capabilities of Grupe dZn to assist them in the pursuit of their own projects.The Integrated Design Process (IPD) will be a natural element of every Grupe dZn project.
