Grupo Hotusa is a travel arrangements group headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, with offices in Madrid, Paris, London, Rome, Milan, Lisbon, Oporto, Buenos Aires, Sao Paolo, Mexico, and Bangkok. It operates through two main divisions: a Tourism division that provides services to hotels and a Hotel division that manages hotels owned or rented by Hotusa. Hotusa Hotels, the group's hotel consortium founded in Barcelona in 1977, is described as the leading consortium of independent hotels in the world. The group operates in more than 100 countries and maintains a portfolio of more than 130 hotels, including about 70 integrated into Eurostars Hotels and around twenty into exe Hotels. The organization employs between 1,001 and 5,000 people. Recent initiatives include asset acquisitions, such as the Hotel San Antón in Granada, and the formation of The Hotels Technology (THT) with Comunica in 2022.
