ARM Consulting:
We are highly experienced collection veterans.  Our collection consulting consists of system migrations, data conversion, workflow design, risk evaluation, client interface creation/maintenance, process automation and general system development.  We also offer technology and operational risk assessment.

Latitude Software:
 Authorized consultant for Interactive Intelligence/Latitude Software.  Highly experienced working with the Latitude collection platform (Hosted and On-Premise) including additional tools: (Workflow, AIM, Job Manager, Exchange, AIM Receiver, etc). 

eCollections by Sentinel Development
 Authorized consultant for eCollections.  Experience with development and migration to eCollections.

BEAM:
 Authorized consultant for BEAM.  Experience with migration to BEAM.

Ontario Systems:
 Experience in the Ontario Systems FACS and Artiva platforms and experienced with Ontario's Link, Enable, and Vision applications. 
 
Developed a multitude of reports with SSRS and Crystal Reports. We are skilled in SSRS, Crystal Reports Server and Crystal Reports scheduling alternatives that are at a much lower cost. 

Design and build custom scoring models, strategic automated account flows, account segmentation routing, agent level skills based routing and automated skip waterfall processes.
