Hacker, Johnson & Smith PA is a firm of certified public accountants.  The Firm was founded in 1974 and has grown due to our excellent reputation for providing superior service. We currently have offices in: Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando.  Our Firm is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and is also a member of both the Center for Public Company Audit Firms and the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center sections of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).  

Our services are generally limited to pending independent audit services and tax services for those audit clients. We understand that whether or not you're an entrepreneur starting a new business or a publicly held company your needs are similar. We have developed an expertise in a number of different industries, including SEC reporting public companies.
