Handcraft was established in 1989 and incorporated in 1994 by master craftsman and millwork designer Jerry A. Rowland in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Originally conceived as a one-man operation, the company has steadily grown over the years to 40+ employees and a 30,000 square foot manufacturing facility dedicated to create exclusive and elegant designs, from modern to classical, for an exclusive clientele. After being in the luxury construction business as a woodworking company in 1999 Jerry A. Rowland established Handcraft Construction Management, Inc. and has been a leading the South Florida contractor market ever since, Rowland has brought together a team of professionals who have become part of his family and whose craftsmanship and attention to detail continuously receive his confidence and stamp of approval in representing his name and company. Handcraft handles all aspects of a custom home build, from design conception to the last detail of construction. From tear down to final details, we design and build interiors and exteriors, land-scapes and hard-scapes, basements to attics and everything in between.
