Harlem Business Alliance (HBA) is a New York–based nonprofit organization in the information services sector that advocates for Harlem’s business community. Founded in 1980 and incorporated in 1990 as a 501(c)(3) entity, HBA works to preserve and retain local businesses by fostering public/private partnerships and providing education, advocacy, and support to existing and emerging enterprises, residents, and youth.
