The 21st Century will present new challenges for the “Boomer Generation”. They are the first generation to have more seniors than children.

My work and training over the last three decades has prepared me to address the new frontiers of this generation. I offer my clients a unique blend of legal skill and mature empathy as they experience divorce or remarriage; address their unchartered road of aging or the future needs of their adult special needs children; family business disputes; and unresolved family rivalries which often emerge upon the incapacity or death of family relatives. 

In addition to traditional legal representation, I am an experienced alternate-dispute-resolution advocate and bring to my clients the opportunity to resolve their legal issues in non-litigational arenas. This approach results in qualitative outcomes which cannot be achieved when litigation is the chosen process.
