Our Mission: The mission of the Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) is to responsibly operate and maintain a safe, reliable, sustainable, and evolving mobility system that meets the diverse connectivity needs of all Harris County residents. As of March 2021, there are 2.2 million active EZ TAG accounts representing more than 5 million active EZ TAGs.
