Health Quality Innovators is an independent, nonprofit health care consultancy based in Richmond, Virginia, with a history of improving care delivery, patient safety, and health outcomes since 1984. It works with hospitals, nursing homes, physician practices, public health agencies, community groups, stakeholder organizations, and patients and families seeking sustainable improvements in how care is delivered.
