Hernandez Consulting & Construction is a project management firm and general contractor specializing in construction, architecture, real estate development, sustainability and energy management consulting.
 
Headquartered in New Orleans, LA; with an additional office in Miami, FL, Hernandez operates throughout the Southern United States and beyond. Our offices are staffed with highly trained construction and design professionals to include superintendents, project managers, estimators, architects and administrative personnel. 

We maintain our original identity as a versatile project management group by leveraging the skills and resources of a number of subsidiary and partner companies. In 2012, Albert Architecture joined our team allowing us to provide architecture and design-build services in-house. Launched in 2013, New Orleans Redevelopment Fund is a real estate development firm primarily focused on the Greater New Orleans area. Hernandez Consulting has also established joint venture partnerships with Gulf Building, a Ft. Lauderdale-based general contractor.
