In October of 1987, two highly-skilled and ambitious professional engineers launched Hernandez, Kroone and Associates (HKA).  Eager for a diverse work environment and looking for an opportunity to employ the latest technologies into their work, Anne (Kroone) Hernandez and Richard Hernandez set out to provide exceptional value and outcomes for their clients and the communities they would serve. 

HKA quickly established a reputation for their proactive approach, professionalism and integrity. These characteristics are required of all HKA staff and are at the root of HKA’s success.

Today, HKA offers a full-range of civil engineering consulting services. Their dedicated teams of Professional Engineers, Licensed Surveyors, Landscape Architects, and others are held to the highest standards. In addition to engineering and surveying, HKA has been leading construction design and build services as a general contractor since 2005.

HKA embraces advancements in technology and uses the most up to date and modern hardware and software available. HKA is committed to our employees as they are our greatest assets to our clients.
