For over 40 years, Louisiana-based Highlines Construction Company, Inc. has been performing electrical power line service to thousands of satisfied customers, including major utility companies, electrical co-operatives, state and federal governmental authorities, railroad companies, oil and chemical plants, and many others in our fifteen-state authorized region.

Highlines specializes in the construction and maintenance of electrical transmission lines, overhead and underground distribution lines, substations, street lights and meter services. We currently have offices in three states - Louisiana, Arkansas, and Texas - and continue to expand our services and staff, while at the same time making safety and efficiency our top priorities. We pledge to continue our high safety standards and continually develop new safety goals.

Highlines owns and operates a substantial fleet of equipment required for routine line construction and maintenance. Presently we have in excess of 300 licensed vehicles.

We also have specialized all terrain type vehicles such as marsh buggies with digger derricks and basket units, helping our employees to protect the land while completing the job. Highlines completes many jobs over marshland that we are able to accomplish with little to no damage to the terrain due to low ground pressure equipment.

Our high tech directional boring equipment has proved to drastically reduce construction cost as well as customer property complaints in underground installations.
