Imagine having someone else do all this work for you ... *30-minute phone consultation with your assigned Hiring Specialist to get an in-depth understanding of the job, pay, benefits and culture *Write and edit a job ad, then post on various websites through our applicant tracking system, such as Zip Recruiter, LiveCareer, Monster, etc. *Up to $150 of additional job board posting fees, such as sponsorship on Indeed or Zip Recruiter *Create a customizable job application for each position Resume and application review of all candidates *Coordinate and review 2 assessment tests (cognitive and personality) with the top applicants *Conduct 30-minute phone interviews with the top applicants *Schedule and coordinate 3 – 5 face-to-face (or virtual) interviews with the top candidates on your behalf *Offer interview tips & suggested questions, if needed *Review top candidates to assist in your hiring decision, if requested We move very quickly, and try to get candidates scheduled on your calendar as soon as possible, often well before 30 days.
