We are a local meal prep company offering delicious and healthy meals. Our meals are already cooked and portioned individually. Everything is made with whole foods, no artificial sweeteners or flavors, and no processed foods. None of our ingredients are ever frozen and your meals will never be frozen before reaching your hands. We take the time to calculate the macros and basic nutritional content of your meals -Calories, protein, carbs, fats, and fiber - so you can easily keep track of what you consume. This information is printed on the label of your meal. We offer delivery service to the entire Upstate from Monday through Sunday, or you can pick up your meals at our location if it is more convenient to you. We are located at 2520 Wade Hampton Blvd. Unit C, Greenville SC 29615. If you prefer not to order online, you can also come directly to our store and purchase meals from our fridges.
