Holland Engineering, Inc. was founded in 1977 and provides civil and structural engineering, land surveying, environmental and energy consulting services to clients throughout the United States. Our dedication to providing these services with integrity and accuracy has enabled us to build longstanding, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients. 

Civil Infrastructure: Our services include land development and site planning, landfill support, environmental, water/wastewater services and land surveying. Our experience has given us the opportunity to understand and balance the sometimes competing objectives of property owners, private industry, and local governments while producing projects attentive to those interests and a focus on developing sustainable designs.   

Energy: Many of our engineering and surveying professionals have a minimum of 25 years of experience in all phases of oil, petrochemical, and natural gas pipeline projects. We can take the entire project from conceptual design through final as-built surveying and understand how critical deadlines are, especially in an industry in which service interruptions translate into lost revenue.

Government: Holland Engineering has extensive experience working for municipal clients, which has enabled us to provide insight and recommend solutions that have resulted in the most efficient stewardship of public funds.
