Home Front Legal Services offers both on site and telecommuting legal secretaries, paralegals, law clerks and attorneys to small law firms in Indiana, Illinois and Michigan. We offer temporary staffing, temporary to permanent hiring and placement services. Our staff members have experience in a wide variety of practice areas. We can assist you with anything from briefing and legal research to discovery, medical chronologies or deposition summaries, medical or other records requests and trial preparation. We focus on excellence. We only hire quality legal secretaries, paralegals, law clerks and attorneys with at least one year of experience, or law students who have completed at least two years of law school. Our rigorous screening procedures include interviews with a paralegal with 15 years experience in both civil and criminal practice areas as well as a practicing attorney in Indianapolis with over 17 years of litigation experience. In addition, we conduct background checks and, as an added screening measure, after checking references and reviewing writing samples, we require each legal staff applicant to complete a screening assignment so we can gauge their work product and communication skills. Compared to the overall cost of a new permanent employee, our staff hourly rates are very competitive. More importantly, we provide experienced, high quality staff due to our rigorous screening procedures.
