In 1967 Hope House, Inc. was founded in recognition of the need for high quality substance abuse treatment services to be available in upstate New York.  What started as a single modest residential facility grew into numerous programs providing intensive residential treatment services for adults, adolescents, women with children, outpatient and preventive services, and a supportive housing program.
