The Horn Drafting & CAD Center was founded in Houston in 1968.  In the early years the courses consisted on manual drafting in a number of fields.

In 1982, Anthony Horn began teaching the first CAD courses available to the public in Houston, TX.  These were early versions of CAD systems, and went through several types as time went on.  Eventually we began teaching AutoCAD as it evolved, and became one of the early users of CADWorx Plant Professional software.

The school is recognized as one of the leading CADWorx Plant Professional training centers in the world. The school provides quality design/drafters to the Houston Texas area and beyond. 

The school is now run by Joseph Dixon. He has 30+ years experience in the Petrochemical industry as a designer and manager. He also has been instrumental in developing the latest generation of CADWorx leading multinational teams of programmers.
