Housecall Doctors Medical Group is the premier provider of Residentialist care in California. Residentialists are clinicians who specialize in delivering clinical care in the home. For over 13 years our specially-trained teams of physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants have provided in-home medical care to patients who have difficulty getting to the doctor’s office.

Utilizing emerging technologies, we offer clinical services in a variety of locations including private homes, Senior residential facilities, group homes and skilled nursing facilities. Our mission is to provide access, continuity, advocacy and compassionate, high-quality clinical care within the home environment, and enhance quality of life for our patients.

Besides serving individual patients, we provide clinical care support services for office-based physicians, Medical Groups, Health Plans, Hospitals, and other Health Care Organizations. For these clients, we offer both chronic care services as well as Care Transition services for recently discharged hospital patients. We also provide one-time Wellness consultations to help medical groups and health plans ensure that patients get a complete and accurate summary of medical conditions, and are offered the health screening services that they need.
