HST Construction was founded in 2007 by Chris Holmes, Nigel Starr and Dave Trulson, who recognized a need in the commercial real estate market for a construction company focused exclusively on tenant improvements; specifically in the office, retail, medical and manufacturing facilities of the greater Puget Sound.
