Human Services Projects, Inc. is a California Non-Profit Corporation formed to provide residential and treatment services to children, adolescents and adults with special needs.  The purpose of the corporation is to develop, evaluate and implement human resource programs including, but not limited to persons with emotional or developmental problems and minority populations.  The company will conduct ongoing training programs, staff development programs, employment training programs and residential treatment programs.

Human Services Projects, Inc. operates under the direction of its Board of Director's, who set policy, and oversee and supervise the Executive Director.  The Board is composed of seven professional and or business persons from the community who support and uphold the mission of this corporation.

Marti Harris Fredericks is the Executive Director and founder of Human Services Projects, Inc.  She has over 20 years of experience in the development and implementation of programs serving a wide array of special populations.  She has a unique background of clinical training and experience as well as development and finance.  She holds Masters Degrees in Psychology and Real Estate Development and is a licensed Child and Family Therapist.  Under her direction, Human Services Projects, Inc. intends to continue to serve individuals with mental, social, behavioral and or developmental needs to enrich their lives and protect and serve the needs of the community.
