The association oversees ValleyMLS, its MLS platform, with the public ValleyMLS.com site launched in 1999 alongside the North Alabama MLS, and it has operated since as the ValleyMLS service. As of 2013, HAAR began the year with roughly 1,500 members and was the second-largest association in the state. In 2026, ValleyMLS announced a three-way MLS data share with First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) and Greater Chattanooga REALTORS, expanding access to listings across Alabama, Georgia, and Eastern Tennessee.
