HyHubs – Hoults Yard hubs - is a portfolio of office space with personality.

A collection of spaces which provide flexible office space. Services include private workspace, coworking, industrial units, and virtual office services.

We have three spaces for you to choose from

-	Hoults Yard, once a world-famous pottery factory has evolved into a bustling business village. Buildings on the site, aptly named The Kiln, Maling Exchange, The Old Forge and The Teapots provide private office space and meeting room facilities.

-	Haylofts, formerly the stables for Newcastle Breweries and now transformed into a mix of stylish office and coworking spaces. The building features a cobbled courtyard and central pod that provides home for our auditorium event space and unique meeting rooms.

-	Hypoint, located in the southside of Gateshead was originally built as headquarters for Laws Stores. Hypoint was the very first Hoults Yard hub, acquired by us in 2018. Here you’ll find a selection of private offices, studios, and industrial space, we also have a meeting room available for hire.
