It also highlighted how much work was involved to manage it all on your own including managing vendor relationships, customer service, fraud monitoring and shipping. It is a complex operation. Our users have fully embraced our combination of community and commerce. We decided that the next logical step would be to leverage this success and export this model to create i-SUPPLY.
