ICAway (pronounced I-See-A-Way) is a human-centered advisory firm focused on advancing international student success through cross-cultural insight, advisor education, and workforce transition strategy. Founded by Kwan Segal, ICAway develops Human-Centered Cross-Cultural Advisory Systems that help universities, advisors, and student support professionals better understand the cultural, behavioral, and structural pressures international students face throughout their academic and career journeys. Our flagship initiative iCEP: Cross-Cultural Advisor Academy An online professional development program designed to equip university advisors with culturally grounded strategies to support international students across their academic, career, and post-graduation life cycle.
