Since our inception in 1984 by Founder Hassan Kadah, ICM has served the HVAC/R controls market place both through our OEM and Aftermarket Distribution partners. ICM additionally now participates in manufacturing custom controls to a wide range of alternate markets, including controls for the Recreational Vehicle market, as well as the pool and Spa industries to name a few. We pride ourselves in providing our customers with the most technologically advanced products at the greatest value – without jeopardizing quality. Our success is contributed to our 250 employees located both in our manufacturing plant in North Syracuse, New York, ranging from engineering and production to marketing and our worldwide sales force. Our manufacturing facility, built in 2008, demonstrates a commitment to green energy and reducing our carbon foot print, show-cased by a NYSERDA award. We have a proven track record for vertical integration through our newly re-designed in-house printed circuit board fabrication shop, auto assembly, injection molding, and design engineering departments.
