We are a small real estate investing company based in central Indiana with a primary focus on wholesaling properties in Indianapolis and surrounding counties. Building strong lasting relationships with other real estate professionals is the key to our success.

Win Win Win. That simple philosophy governs every deal that we get. If there is a win for the owner, a win for us and a win for the landlord or fix-n-flip investor then we have a deal. While we are in business to make a profit and will not apologize for that, we are ever aware that the landlord or fix-n-flip investor have the biggest risk in any deal. To that end we strive to leave the maximum amount of margin in the deal for them. We believe that large risk should equal large returns.

By doing the majority of the leg work that investors typically are required to complete in order to satisfy the "due diligence" phase, we make our investors lives easier.

We do this by developing a comprehensive investor packet that we then send to our investors complete with photos, comps, rental rates, market trends, and any critical information specific to a particular deal. Our investors continually complement us on the completeness of the details on the investor packets that we provide them. After all real estate investing by the numbers will lead to success every time.
