IGT Lighting was established with the express intent to bring advanced and green technology to government and industry throughout the world for the betterment of mankind.   IGT is a continuation of its founders philosophy that advanced technology can be both a profitable business model while providing consumers and industry a better and more efficient, secure, and enjoyable lifestyle.

IGT Lighting will initially focus on the emerging field of LED lighting for government and commercial usage. LED lighting can cut the energy consumption of lighting by up to 75%. If all US lighting were converted to LED lighting in the next 10 years the US would not have to build any new power plants for the foreseeable future. This green technology is manufactured with no toxic chemicals and will outlast the unit it replaces fivefold.
