IHI INC is a New York, New York-based industrial machinery manufacturer and a US subsidiary of the IHI Group, founded in 1977 to support sales of IHI products in the United States. Over the years its business has expanded from equipment sales to large-scale engineering, procurement, and construction work in energy and infrastructure, along with owning and operating clean biomass power plants and developing technologies in nuclear decontamination and decommissioning and environmentally friendly bio-fuels.
