imeK Media, LLC is an American  publisher of niche business and lifestyle magazines aimed at those interested in new markets and Africa's business affairs. The company was founded in 2008 by Kemi Osukoya, a former journalist for The Wall Street Journal. In March 2009, THE AFRICA BAZAAR,  a business magazine with exclusive focus on Africa, was published and distributed to the U.S. audience. The company joined The Association of Magazine Media (MPA) in 2009.
In fall 2009, imeK Media sponsored the African Economic Forum and Africa Social Enterpise' Forum, hosted by Angel Africa. Since then, the company has partnered with major international firms and participated in various business events that promote economic growth in Africa. Through multimedia platform, digital and print publications, and events, imeK Media aims to inform audience about new markets and Africa's affairs, and serve as a catalyst in changing Africa's narratives from negative news to positive news coverage as well as moving the continent toward sustainable economic independence. 

OUR MISSION is to present Africa and its people in a new perspective to the world that reflects the true  entrepreneur's sensibilities and spirit about the continent.
