Responsible for the recruitment of contract and direct hires for the following industries: • Two Major wireless Telecommunications Clients: IT and Network professionals. • Major Food Manufacturing Clients: Engineering candidates (Mechanical, Quality Auditors/Assurance/Control). • Medical Device Clients: Manufacturing, Quality Control, Mechanical and Design Engineers. • Federal Government: Engineering (Aerospace, Military, Government): Network, IT, GIS/BA Analysts and Project Managers. This position requires the use of various social networking sites, job boards, posting job ads and Boolean logic searches when needed as well as candidate referrals. Responsible for scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers; formatting resumes; preparing candidate for interview; background checks; drug screens; offer letter administration. Also ensure that job files are complete and meet compliance regulations.
