Infrasonix, Inc. is a Georgia corporation formed in January of 2015 engaged in the business of innovating medical devices, with core competence in the fast tracking of products from research and development to commercialization.

The initial focus of the company is to evaluate an important disruptive medical technology created by a world famous public technology development organization in order to establish its efficacy. The company will then create additional intellectual property to protect its interests, and conclude a global licensing agreement with the licensor, to facilitate the domestic and international marketing and sale of product(s) derived from the technology.

The technology is a completely new generation of detection technology which is believed to be capable of earlier identification and quantifying of the extent of cardiovascular disease states in subjects during a routine annual physical exam. It is also predicted that this technology will be capable of providing valuable information of importance to other disease states to be identified.
