Ingleside Homes, Inc. (IHI) is a non-profit (501-c-3, # 51-0113243) health and social service agency located in Wilmington, Delaware, which has provided affordable housing, healthcare and supportive social services to frail, low-income seniors in Delaware since 1971. 

Programs include independent retirement living, assisted living, skilled care, senior focused art and cultural programming, mobile outreach, case management and referral programs, and supportive social services. 

IHI provides an extensive range of supportive services including the nursing care, computer training, three meals per day, transportation, prescription assistance, exercise therapy, targeted support groups, arts, cultural and recreational activities. Over the course of its history, IHI has focused it organizational energies toward identifying gaps in services,  and developing programs and services that enable the frail, and disabled low-income elderly in Delaware to participate in life to the fullest extent with dignity. 

IHI has developed, owned and managed (7) programs in Delaware; a skilled care facility in Hockessin, Ingleside Retirement Apartments, (IRA), an independent retirement facility (HUD – 236) with congregate living and supportive services for low-moderate income elderly,
