INGOMAR PACKING COMPANY is a producer of premium quality California Tomato Paste. Since 1983, Ingomar has been driven by a single purpose: to focus all our resources and experience on growing, processing and packaging the highest quality tomato paste in the world. The majority of the tomatoes that are processed to make our paste are drawn from fields cultivated by our owners. We control and manage every step of the production process to meet the most exacting standards including NTSS, Bostwick, Serum Viscosity, and color. In addition to strict adherence to quality standards, Ingomar Packing Company manages its inventories to meet a wide variety of customer specifications and preferences. We have implemented a "custom" pack program in which we manage production to meet individual requirements on a customer by customer basis. This customer specific pack program requires more process changes, and greater field management and production flexibility, but it's a price that we are willing to pay to ensure that our customers receive the attention and service they deserve.
