Ingram Talent, Inc. is a boutique consulting firm focused on helping organizations get the most out of SAP E-Recruiting. Although we are a really talented group of people, we are not a talent agency. So if you are looking for acting or modeling work, we are not for you! We help staffing leaders and IT deliver results for their clients, and achieve better talent acquisition through SAP. Ingram Talent, Inc. is run by the dynamic duo of Mark Ingram and Kim Lessley, two former SAP E-Recruiting product managers. Mark founded the company in 2009 and Kim joined the team in 2011.  Prior to joining, Kim was the Solution Owner at SAP responsible for SAP’s recruiting line of business. Mark and Kim both have the vision, expertise and passion to help customers be successful with SAP E-Recruiting.
