It integrates Power BI dashboards, predictive maintenance tools, and automated workflows to keep our clients’ assets safe, efficient, and future-ready.

To sustain service excellence, we invest in people. The Initial Academy, the largest FM training facility in the region, trains over 3,000 individuals annually, offering hands-on vocational programs aligned with BICSc, SFG20, and the EXPRO National Guide. They cover both soft and hard services, empowering frontline staff, managers, and clients alike.
