Inspire Staffing was founded in November of 2003 as a local independent staffing company. Inspire Staffing is located in the heart of Will County servicing clients in the surrounding areas. In March of 2010 Inspire opened its second office in Beloit, WI to service the Southern WI/Rockford, IL markets. Inspire established its niche servicing clients with distribution, manufacturing, production as well as administrative and customer service positions. The owners of Inspire Staffing, Doug and Leslie Hutchison are actively involved in the daily operations of the company. We offer temporary, temp to hire as well as direct hire placements. Our candidate pool ranges from general laborers, machine operators, shipping and receiving personnel, light assembly specialists and supervisors to administrative, customer service and other more specialized positions. Inspire strives to provide immediate responses and staffing solutions independent of financial burdens such as royalties or franchise fees, which keep our clients’ costs down. Our goal is to provide innovative effective solutions to short and long-term staffing challenges that translates into bottom line results.
