The Laboratory of Risk & Safety Analyses "The Lab"  (est. 1995) and The Institute of Risk & Safety Analyses "The Institute" (est. 1974) are affiliated organizations sharing the same staff. The Laboratory is involved with product testing, computer simulations, and empirical measurements.  The Institute provides thorough accident assessment, bio-mechanical analysis, human factors evaluations, technical consultation, and detailed research work. Our staff members hold degrees in Science and Engineering fields, with many holding postgraduate and doctorate degrees. We specialize in reconstruction, materials, biomechanics and human factors evaluation. Our work actively involves transportation, industrial and recreational accidents, premises liability, product integrity and warnings, computer modeling and more. The nature of our work involves both litigation (defense and plaintiff) and non-litigation.
