The Institute was never designed to be a source of net revenue to Intermountain. This is Intermountain's gift to the future of healthcare.

It's not an Intermountain-focused curriculum. We utilize timeless, values-based leadership principles to help healthcare leaders more fully develop the combination of character and competence that inspires trust – which is at the core of great leadership.  Trusted leaders create positive, lasting change.  

Participants learn in an immersive and interactive environment from highly experienced and nationally recognized faculty and program peers, advancing both the skills and emotional intelligence to strengthen their ability to lead effectively at the complex intersection of clinical and operational excellence.
