In early 2025, State Street Corporation and SS&C Technologies announced their intention to restructure the European component of the International Financial Data Services (IFDS) LP joint venture arrangement in Luxembourg and Ireland, following an almost 20-year collaboration.

Effective October 1,  2025, the transfer agency services delivered by IFDS in Ireland and IFDS in Luxembourg (IFDS Europe) have transition to State Street Corporation and SS&C Technologies. 

This restructure did not impact IFDS operations in Canada. IFDS will maintain its strong presence as a trusted provider of transfer agency and investment services, continuing to support its clients globally.
