ReadID is a secure and scalable solution that reads and verifies the cryptographically protected chip in identity documents.

Since 2025, Inverid has been part of Signicat, the leading pan-European digital identity platform. ReadID is now a core element of Signicat’s identity proofing portfolio, working alongside electronic signing, authentication and trust orchestration capabilities to deliver end-to-end digital identity journeys.

Inverid, formerly known as InnoValor, was founded at the end of 2013.
