Jackson Claborn, Inc. (JCI) is a full-service real estate appraisal and consulting firm founded by Jimmy H. Jackson, MAI and David Claborn, MAI. JCI is staffed with highly trained professionals who possess a broad range of real estate experience. The firm encompasses more than 120 years of combined appraisal/valuation experience. JCI has been involved in the analysis of virtually all types of residential properties. JCI's experience includes consultation and valuation. In addition to typical real estate valuations and consultations, we have experience in state and federal courts as expert witnesses. Testimony has involved such varied issues as bankruptcy, taxation and condemnation. Furthermore, JCI maintains an extensive database containing a vast amount of local, regional, and national data. This data, coupled with the latest computer capabilities and software, facilitates a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of relevant market data and real estate trends.
