As former World Famous Radio City Rockettes, we've experienced first-hand the importance of hard work, community, and confidence. When our time on stage came to an end, we didn't want to settle for ordinary 9 to 5 jobs or sacrifice our time for something unfulfilling.

As best friends turned business owners and entrepreneurs, we were tired of fitness stereotypes that focused solely on perfection. We envisioned a brand where women could feel empowered to define their own strength, sexiness, and beauty. So, with determination and a grassroots approach, we built not only a business but also a powerful brand. Jane DO was born.

From our humble beginnings as a single fitness studio, Jane DO has evolved into a recognized empowerment brand and a leading group fitness experience. And now, we're thrilled to offer franchise opportunities that can transform your fitness dreams into reality.

Created by Radio City Rockettes Jacey Lambros and Danielle DeAngelo, Jane DO offers a variety of group fitness classes that are fun, challenging and have women reaching new levels of strength and confidence. Our Janes are taking the strength they build inside the studio, outside to DO incredible things. 

Jane delivers the class variety women need to lose weight, gain confidence and have fun DO'ing it! Five unique classes - DANCE, STEP, TRAMP, SCULPT, and HIIT, fuse aerobics, strength training, and flexibility. All in-studio classes are 50 minute, total body workouts that require 0 experience. 

Jane DO also offers Digital workouts that you can take anywhere, virtual 1:1 Private Training, Nutrition Coaching, in-person Private Training, Event Classes, Retreats and more.
