Jealous Devil is a small- to mid-sized food and beverage services company based in Hermosa Beach, California. It produces all-natural hardwood fuels—lump and briquet charcoal and firelogs—along with BBQ rubs and sauces, with packaging noted for its multifunctionality. The fuels are made from 100% natural hardwood with no chemicals or fillers and are designed to burn hotter and longer with minimal sparks, while the company collaborates with pitmaster Harry Soo on a line of seasonings. It targets barbecue enthusiasts and professional cooks seeking high-density, clean-burning fuel and quality flavor options. In April 2023, Nexgrill Industries partnered with Jealous Devil to support a $50,000 barbecue competition.
